BOOTCAMP

HIIT Fast

Full body, fat blasting circuits, get fit, get strong, burn calories and push through mental barriers all at the same time.  Blended with cardio, strength, plyometrics and interval training you get the best of everything with these sessions.

HIIT Strong

Upper Body, Lower Body or Combination– Slower paced workouts focusing on building muscle tone and strength and increasing metabolic demand using kettlebells, body weight and resistance bands. 

HIIT Box

One of the funnest ways to workout and get fit! Who ever thought cardio could be so fun?! Tone your arms, abs and get your sweat on.

Pilates

Our lovely Pilates instructor will leave you feeling the burn with a full body mat pilates class. Catering for those from beginners to advanced. 

Conditioning & Mobility

A slow class teaching you the basics of movement. Learn how to activate the correct muscles to perform better in each and every class. Highly recommended for those who want to improve strength or those new to exercise. Run with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist you will get feedback on YOUR technique and how to change exercises to suit you. 

Spontaneous Saturdays

Introducing you to all new ways to move your body! We take our workouts on the road. Anything goes, think beach workouts, aqua aerobics, team sports, hiking, yoga. You name it – we will try it!

FAQ’s

Am I fit enough?

Of course you are!! Nearly every girl who signs up has this initial concern so you are not alone! Our workouts are created to cater to your level of fitness and to push you to become fitter as you go. The culture we have created among the girls is amazing and they will help get you across the line. We are not about comparison but about encouragement!

What results can I expect?

What you get out is what you put in. We are all about feeling good, feeling confident, feeling strong, feeling fit, feeling healthy! This program will challenge you in so many more ways than just fitness. If you are willing to put in the work you can create a happier, healthier, fitter and more confident you! My promise to you is that at no point I will put you on the scales – I want you to FEEL your best and not let that be determined by a number!

How many people are in each class?

We try and keep our classes smaller than most of your standard bootcamps. We think it gives you more opportunity to work harder and for you to get that personal experience. We require you to book in advance to the sessions so we can keep numbers small or add more trainers.

What if i’m injured?

Depending on the injury this is usually totally fine. Just let us know in advance and we can alter the workouts to meet your needs.

What are the other girls like?

Absolutely amazing! I am honestly blown away by the girls each day. They are supportive, friendly, open and caring and always down for a good time. We are all about that balance and all enjoy working hard and relaxing hard too.

The Fit Food & Soul bootcamp is a unique program that not only encompasses exercise but also the nutrition and mental side of what it means to be healthy. The members are all such supportive and down to earth girls and with only a small group, it feels like you are part of a little fitness family. Marika is so dedicated to creating a program that stands out from the hundreds out there and it definitely shows. It is definitely the best program I've ever been a part of.
