You ask for it… You get it!
Now before I tell you what I ate today a few disclaimers.
Just because I eat this way, doesn’t mean you have to or you should. I do not eat the exact same every day and I wouldn’t expect you to either, so don’t think this is exactly what I eat every day. It changes! I do not count calories, carbs, protein or weigh my food. I eat what I feel like when I am hungry and what I think will sustain me based on what I am doing. PS sorry for the ugly photos but you asked so you get!
Okay so here goes..
Acai bowl + latte
Almonds (actually ate more than pictured + a few dried apricots)
Roasted veg + chicken + fetta
2 eggs + 1 egg white + heaps of greens
And I will probably have a cup of tea or something like that a little later and lick the bowl of the banana bread i’m going to make. Again JUST BECAUSE I ATE THIS DOESN’T MEAN YOU SHOULD!!! Listen to YOUR body! Oh and I also trained twice today (one kettlebell circuit + one biceps and triceps session – not something I normally do).
