1 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup milk of choice (I use skim)
1 green apple finely chopped or grated
1 punnet blueberries
1 tsp honey
½ cup greek yoghurt
¼ cup toasted almond slivers
½ tsp cinnamon
1. Soak the rolled oats in the milk overnight.
2. Add all the other ingredients except the berries and mix well
3. Put into a large serving bowl with half the berries on the bottom and the other half on the top.
4. Garnish with almond slivers.
